DENVER, Colo. — Super Lawyers has named Dan Caplis Law partners Dan Caplis and Babar Waheed to its 2026 Colorado Super Lawyers list in the area of Personal Injury General: Plaintiff. The organization also recognized Senior Litigation Attorney Melissa Winthers as a Colorado Super Lawyer in the same practice area.

Waheed earned the distinction for the fourth consecutive year (2023–2026) after previously being recognized as a Rising Star in 2022.
