Lita was born in Laos and moved to the United States in 1991, where she was raised by family in Des Moines, Iowa. She later moved to South Florida, where she met her husband and started their family. Years later, their journey brought them to Colorado for her husband’s career. Once her children grew more independent, Lita returned to the workforce with a renewed sense of purpose.

In 2018, Lita began her path in the personal injury field and quickly discovered how meaningful it was to help individuals during some of the most challenging times of their lives. She built a strong foundation in Personal Injury Law and later expanded her experience in 2022 by working in the medical industry as a Personal Injury Case Manager. In 2024, she accepted a position at a growing law firm as a Senior Paralegal and decision-maker, where she played an important role in supporting clients and guiding complex cases.

Lita joined Dan Caplis Law in October 2024, bringing with her a deep passion for serving others. She is driven by genuine compassion and takes great pride in providing support, guidance, and respect to clients who are facing physical, emotional, and financial hardships due to serious injuries. Lita’s warm approach helps clients feel understood, cared for, and confident that they have a strong advocate on their side.

Outside of work, Lita enjoys traveling, working out, spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoying relaxing evenings at home with her husband.
