Marta Garbowski is a Litigation Paralegal with the Dan Caplis Law Firm. She started her legal career over 16 years ago working in every aspect of the legal industry from receptionist to litigation paralegal. Marta has her bachelor’s in psychology and a few years later added her paralegal certification.
Marta has had the benefit of working as an arbitration and mediation case manager for many years gaining knowledge regarding both defense and plaintiff tactics for mediating and resolving cases allowing her to have a unique perspective on how each side operates. Working in both small and large international firms, Marta has acquired the experience to support both highstakes cases and smaller, detail-driven matters with equal diligence and precision.
Marta has volunteered for over 20 years with Destination Imagination a global community focusing on children having the freedom to grow and collaborate without boundaries. Each year she helps manage competitions rooted in STEAM subjects that inspire students to solve challenges using creativity and ingenuity.
In her free time Marta enjoys gaming, cosplaying, dungeons and dragons, and gardening. Born and raised in Colorado she is constantly camping, hiking, snowboarding or appreciating Colorado’s open spaces with her daughter and four-legged fur baby.
